Предлагаемая вниманию российского и зарубежного читателя и приуроченная к 25-летию планетарной Чернобыльской ядерно-экологической Катастрофы книга «Жизнь под знаком ядерного риска» является третьей, завершающей частью авторской «Чернобыльской трилогии», именуемой «Красно-жёлтое Колесо». Это название не только символизирует знак радиационной опасности (красное колесо на жёлтом фоне), но и поддерживает высказанную в своё время Александром Солженицыным (интервью газете «Аргументы и факты» от 18.01.1995) мысль: «Я думаю: пройдёт время – и другой русский писатель, хорошо ознакомясь со всеми тайнами десятилетия 1985-1995, напишет о нём другую эпопею –«Желтое Колесо»». Две первые книги трилогии вышли в Москве в 1999 и 2006 гг
Книга состоит из двух частей: «Жизнь под знаком ядерного риска» (М, 2008) и «Книга Памяти родственников, коллег и учителей» (М, 2009), объединённых общим авторским взглядом на проблемы прошлого, настоящего и будущего. Её основная идея – в современном мире растёт и будет расти риск техногенных и природных катастроф, а также слабеет историческая память о трагедиях прошлого. Это – очень опасная тенденция.
Автор видит возможный выход из этой растущей опасности, в частности, для России только на путях постоянного и конструктивного международного сотрудничества по снижению риска новых катастроф, признания фактов и осмысления трагедий прошлого (Война, Холокост, ГУЛАГ, Чернобыль и др.), сколь бы тяжелы эти факты и трагедии ни были. В этом смысле поучителен опыт Германии, признавшей преступления нацизма.

Без осмысления уроков прошлого нет пути в Будущее!

The Annotation of the book “The Life under of sign of Nuclear Risk”

The book “The Life under of the sign of the Nuclear Risk ”, is proposed to the attention of Russian and Foreign readers and is dedicated to 25-th Anniversary of the Planetary Chernobyl nuclear-ecological Disaster, - this is third, the final part of the author “Chernobyl trilogy”, named as the “Red-Yellow Wheel”. This name not only symbolizes the sign of the radiation danger (the red wheel on the yellow background), but supports also the think, formulated by Alexandr Soljenitsuin (the interview to the newspaper “Arguments and facts” from 18.01.1995):
“I think that the time will pass – and the other Russian writer after the deep study of the secrets of the decade 1985-1995, will write about it the other epopee – “The Yellow Wheel””. Two first books of the trilogy were edited in Moscow in 1999 and 2006 years.
The book consists from two parts: “The Life under of sign of the Nuclear Risk”(Moscow, 2008) and “The book of Memory of the relatives, colleagues and teachers” (Moscow, 2009), united by the common author’s view on the problems of the past, present and future. Its basic idea – in the modern world increases and will be increase the risk of the technogenic and natural disasters, but the historical memory about of the tragedies of Past weakens and decreases. This is very danger tendency.
The author sees the possible entrance from this growing danger, in particularly for Russia only on the ways of the stable and the constructive international collaboration on the decreasing of the risk of the new catastrophes, the recognition of the facts and of the understanding of the tragedies of the Past (The War, Holocaust, GULAG, Chernobyl etc.) independently of the degree of the heaviness of this facts and tragedies.
The experience of Germany, recognized the crimes of the Nazism, is important in this sense.

The Way in Future not exists without of the understanding of the lessons of the Past!

Глущенко Александр Иванович (род. в Москве в 1943 г.) – окончил физический факультет МГУ им. М.В.Ломоносова, ядерный физик, радиоэколог, к.т.н., участник работ по минимизации последствий Катастрофы на ЧАЭС в 1986-87 г.г. Член первого состава исполкома Союза «Чернобыль» СССР в 1989-1990 г.г. С 1997 по 2002 г.г. – член Международного Общества анализа риска (SRA, SRA-E). C 1989 по 2000 г.г. – член Европейской Ассоциации по загрязнениям от атмосферных выбросов (EURASAP).. Инвалид Чернобыля.
Награждён Почётной медалью Чернобыльского «ликвидатора», Государственной медалью «За спасение погибавших», Памятными знаками УС-605 «Чернобыль-87», Союзов «Чернобыль» Москвы и России к 15-летию и 20-летию Катастрофы, орденом Международного Экологического Клуба «Зелёный Крест», Почётным Знаком «Ветеран атомной энергетики и промышленности» и другими наградами.
Автор Чернобыльской трилогии «Красно-Жёлтое Колесо» (1999-2010 г.г.), последняя часть которой называется «Жизнь под знаком ядерного риска» и выходит к 25-летию.


The brief information about the author of book “The Life under of Sign of Nuclear Risk”

Dr. Glushchenko Alexandr I. (was born in Moscow in 1943) – has finished the physical faculty of Moscow State University by name of M.V.Lomonosov, nuclear physicist, radioecologist , Ph.D. (Dr. techn. sci.), the Chernobyl “liquidator” in 1986- 87. The member of first Committee of the Union “Chernobyl” of USSR in 1989-1990. From 1997 to 2002 – the member of the International Society for Risk Analysis (SRA, SRA-E). From 1989 to 2000 – the member of European Association for Air Pollution (EURASAP). The Chernobyl invalid.
Dr. Glushchenko is rewarded by the Honorary medal of the Chernobyl liquidator, by the State medal “For the life-saving of perishing”, by the Memory Signs US-605 “Chernobyl-87”, of the Unions “Chernobyl” of Moscow and Russia to 15-th and 20-th Anniversary of Disaster, by the Order of the International Ecological Club “Green Cross”, by the Honorary Sign “Veteran of the Nuclear Energetic and Industry” and other rewards.
The author of the Chernobyl trilogy “Red-Yellow Wheel” (1999-2010). Its last part is named “The Life under of Sign of Nuclear Risk”. The book is published in Moscow to the 25-th Anniversary of this Planetary Tragedy.
